- Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud
- Define and document product scope
- Elicit, analyze, and document stakeholder needs and requirements that include conditions or capabilities that are required to be present in the product, service
- Compose complete user stories and acceptance criteria
- Document As- Is and To-Be Business Process
- Create and maintain traceability matrix to ensure interdependencies are managed
- High level testing of the applications to ensure that features and functionalities are inline with the user story description & acceptance criteria
