Short Description: Looking for Service Delivery manager

Location: Melbourne

Salary range: AUD 129,311- 142,018(Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Bottom-line responsibility of Infosys delivery for operations, platform engineering and SRE.
  • Conducting various Governance
  • Plan and track implementation of best practices on following
    • Platform engineering
    • SRE
    • Agile / DevOps adoption
    • Productivity, maturity and quality improvements
    • values adds delivery
    • driving offshoring
    • outcome based models
  • Drive /participate/coordinate key meetings with stakeholders
  • Escalation point of contact for the Infosys delivery
  • Infosys delivery level risk and issues management and liaise with Head Of / Program Director
  • Ensure Westpac as well as Infosys health check requirements are met
  • Resource and demand management
  • Estimation - TEP consolidation / OPEX review
  • Contract management
  • Productivity and Quality initiatives
  • Continuous improvement and innovation drive
Skill / Competencies / Experience:

ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent experience in end-to-end service delivery management
  • Excellent communications, coordination and stake holder management skills
  • Basic knowledge of platform engineering technologies - Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), APIs, Azure Cloud
  • Basic knowledge of platform engineering technologies - New Relic, SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, chaos engineering, Azure SME
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  • Excellent experience in end-to-end service delivery management
  • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of platform engineering technologies - Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), APIs, Azure Cloud
  • Basic knowledge of platform engineering technologies - New Relic, SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, incident management, Problem Management, Change Management, chaos engineering, Azure SME
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
PREFERRED
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
  • Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
