Senior Secretary
Infosys Public Services is seeking a Senior Secretary, to join our Team.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
The Senior Secretary to the CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Infosys Public Services. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of administrative procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information. The Executive Secretary acts as a key liaison, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization
Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal calendar organization using MS Office tools.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating high impact communication-structuring thoughts clearly and communicating with professionalism and confidence.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials; maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.
- Apply knowledge of Infosys policies and procedures, ensuring the CEO's office is compliant with internal standards and processes.
- Support internal customer management by liaising with other executives, departments, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
- Utilize analytical ability to break down incoming issues for the CEO, evaluate solution options, and help prioritize matters that require executive action.
- Plan and organize events, board meetings, and other critical functions, proactively anticipating needs and handling logistical arrangements.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, prioritize tasks based on criticality and interdependencies, and proactively manage competing demands on the CEO's time.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience, preferably within large organizations or consulting/technology sectors
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
