Salary: AUD 127,971-141,157 AUD Annual Gross

Required Skills and Experience:
• 18+ years of SAP experience, including 10+ years in SAP EAM and 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in recent versions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information systems, Computer Science Engineering, or related discipline.
• Possess domain knowledge in multiple industries including but not limited to Utilities, Retail, Manufacturing.
• S/4HANA implementation experience.
• SAP ECC 6.0 with cross functional experience in multiple SAP modules.
• Strong functional knowledge.
• Extensive experience working with SAP modules MM, PS, FI/CO, QM, HR, and WM/EWM, including cross-functional integration and dependency mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to recommend solutions and provide strategic advisory to clients in utilities, energy, and manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, RFP response development, and client presentations.
• Solid background in application support, including incident resolution, change requests, release planning, and system performance optimization.
• SAP certifications in S/4HANA preferred.
• Ability to work effectively and independently without constant supervision.
• Proven ability to review and develop functional and regression scenarios.
• Responsible to co-ordinate with the Systems Integrator, Business Stakeholders, and integrated 3rd Party Business Partners to effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• SAP Integration point understanding with inter SAP module particularly Finance and other applications.
• Ability to participate in steering committee and present updates/solution considerations to SLT as needed.
Solution Architecture & Implementation
• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes on S/4HANA.
• Define and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals, compliance needs, and asset performance objectives.
• Design and integrate SAP EAM with other modules such as:
o MM
o PS
o FI/CO
o WM/EWM
o HR
• Enable innovation through SAP Fiori, and BTP
Client Advisory & Pre-Sales
• Engage with clients to analyse business requirements and recommend best-fit SAP solutions, process improvements, and digital roadmap strategies.
• Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses, including writing solution content, effort estimation, risk analysis, and technical clarifications.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to conduct demos, PoCs, and architecture presentations for prospective clients.
Cross-Functional Integration
• Collaborate with module leads and business SMEs to design and deliver end-to-end integrated processes across EAM and other SAP functional areas.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with overarching enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
Application Support & Continuous Improvement
• Provide post-implementation application support across incident, problem, change, and release management lifecycles.
• Manage and triage support tickets (L2/L3), analyse root causes, coordinate fixes with technical teams, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Support enhancements, minor projects, and system upgrades in line with business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance, end-user adoption, and process automation.
• Act as a liaison between business users and the SAP support organization for issue resolution, training, and user enablement.

• Mentor internal technical teams and consultants, providing thought leadership and guidance.
• Problem solver in key issues relating to SAP
• Preparing Specs, flow charts
• Expert in providing SAP estimations and Solution approach
