Senior Salesforce Scrum Master

As a Principal Salesforce Consultant, in this role you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Salesforce project delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in a Salesforce or SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple Salesforce orgs/integrations a plus.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Exposure to data migration, API integration, and Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Act as Scrum Master for 1-2 Agile teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project scope, prioritize backlogs, and manage requirements.
  • Drive sprint velocity, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Coordinate work across onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors.
  • Track delivery milestones, risks, issues, and overall project health, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Support change management, release planning, and user adoption efforts.
  • Provide regular status updates to executive stakeholders and program leadership.
