Infosys Public Services is seeking a Senior Labor Project Manager, to join our Team.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
- The Project Manager will provide project management support on large Labor system implementations and projects, such as Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax, Benefits, and Appeals, Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML), Workforce, Disability, or Industrial Affairs, etc.
- This position will be a responsible for working in a fast-paced environment focused on ensuring the project team provides quality services within time and budget for our clients.
- Support managing software implementations from contract execution to post-production, to ensure successful completion on-time and within budget.
- Support developing the project schedule, detailed work plans, project estimates, and resource plans including the determination and acquisition of needed resources.
- Supporting the project team to ensure deliverables are deployed with the highest quality standards on time.
- Communicating project status internally, to the project team, and externally with the customer and any other involved parties regularly.
- Managing work team activities, risks, and commitments within the constraint of time, cost, and quality while maintaining an intense focus on customer satisfaction.
- Conducting meetings with project teams and vendors as needed.
- Working collaboratively with internal resources to ensure we meet/exceed productivity targets.
- Ensuring the successful completion of the project on schedule and within budget.

- Minimum 7 years of project management experience.
- Project management experience with large system implementations.
- PMP Certified.
- Structured and process driven mindset to drive and lead change with good influencing skills.
- A strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Excellent client/relationship skills - with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be comfortable and confident presenting to and meeting with client C-Level leadership.
- Project management experience with commercial software development.
- Labor, such as Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax, Benefits, and Appeals, Paid Family Medical Leave (PFML), Workforce, Disability, or Industrial Affairs related products experience.
- Salesforce experience.

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent is required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education.
The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
