Senior Java Microservice Developer

Infosys is seeking Senior Java Microservice Developer . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX/ Sunnyvale, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Must have skills:

• Experience in building and supporting Web Development. Working in a software product development organization building modern and scalable web applications.
• Experience in advanced Java/J2EE Technologies.
• Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE Technologies with in-depth knowledge on Spring frameworks such as Spring Boot with micro-services, REST API, Spring-Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA and Hibernate.
• In-depth knowledge in Spring Frameworks, Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux.
• Experience in DB SQL/NoSQL (MongoDB).
• High level knowledge on CI/CD

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in Reactive Programming using Spring WebFlux.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to independently learn new technologies.
• Passionate, team player and fast leaner.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be:
Sunnyvale, CA : 90751 to 139208
