The Role
Full Stack React/Remix Engineer.
You will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our Consumer Help Hub web application. You will have a say in architecting, designing, and implementing robust, scalable, and user-friendly features using the Remix framework. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of our customer help hub web application using the Remix framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
- Optimise application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of the application.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on building web applications using modern frameworks such as React or Remix.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Experience with server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
