Role: Senior Consultant
Location: Auckland, NZ
Salary: NZ108571 - 119893 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead testing efforts as a Test Lead/Senior Front End Test Automation Analyst, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, end-to-end (E2E), and regression testing.
• Manage and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and track testing progress, defect management, and test metrics using Azure DevOps
• Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Rest Assured for UI and API testing, ensuring high code coverage and reliability.
• Support web, mobile, and API testing across multiple environments
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Perform defect analysis, reporting, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
• Oversee production deployments, live verification, and Business as Usual (BAU) support activities.
Essential:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, REST Assured, SOAP UI, SQL, and Flutter-based applications.
- CI/CD tools experience with Maven/Gradle and Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience in test planning, test execution, and reporting within Agile methodology.
- Proven ability to work in Telecom domain.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in identifying issues early in the process and offering efficient solutions.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and mentor junior staff.
