Role: - Senior Associate Consultant (Transformation Business Analyst)
Location: - Sydney
Status - 6 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement
NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and domain-experienced Business Analyst to support the Transformation phase of business transitions, with a focus on requirements gathering, RFP development, vendor evaluation, and process analysis. This role is critical in enabling a smooth automation journey and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Requirements Analysis:
    • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for vendors and internal teams.
  • Process Analysis & Optimization:
    • Conduct current-state assessments of in-house processes.
    • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and pain points.
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Vendor Engagement & RFP Development:
    • Develop comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFPs) based on business and technical requirements.
    • Evaluate vendor responses and facilitate the selection process.
    • Coordinate and facilitate discussions between clients and vendors to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:
    • Facilitate calls between client and vendor to ensure the smooth transition of the automation journey.
    • Communication planning, design and delivery
    • Analysing and giving feedback on the process flows, according to the BPM notations
  • Process Flow Analysis:
    • Review and provide feedback on process flows using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards.
    • Ensure process documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Technology & Tools Understanding:
    • Develop a working knowledge of relevant tools, platforms, and automation technologies.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation or transition projects.
  • Strong understanding of RFP development, vendor evaluation, and automation journeys.
  • Proficiency in BPMN and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Domain Expertise (Mandatory):
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in at least one of the following domains:
  • Consumer or Business for GO
  • Customer Solutions
  • Finance
  • Financial Crime
  • Wealth Management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms) is a plus.
