Role: - Associate Consultant / Senior Associate Consultant (Business Analyst)

Location: - Sydney

Status - 12 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement

NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for improving business processes and driving operational efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to document, analyze, and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the documentation of current and future-state business processes using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation including process maps, SOPs, and business cases.
  • Support change management and implementation of new processes or systems.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics/ statistics or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including:
  • 2+ years as a Business Analyst
  • 1+ year working within the public sector
  • Proven expertise in processing documentation (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, SOPs).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in structured project environments (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with government frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience with digital transformation or service redesign projects.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
