Role: - Senior Associate Consultant (Senior Delivery Lead)
Location: - Sydney
Status - 6 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement
NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role.
About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of cybersecurity programs across complex environments. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to deliver outcomes aligned with both enterprise and regulatory frameworks, including the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure that cybersecurity initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance mandates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Requirements Definition: Lead workshops and interviews to capture and document cybersecurity solution requirements.
  • Data & Reporting: Manage data collection, mapping, and analysis activities; ensure accurate and insightful reporting using Power BI.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise methodologies and government frameworks, including SOCI.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
  • Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven updates and presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze root causes, evaluate risks, and recommend effective remediation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a cybersecurity or technology environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity-focused role or program.
  • Strong data literacy and proficiency in Power BI for reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience working within regulated environments and familiarity with government compliance frameworks.
