• Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for analytics using SAP BW and SAC.
• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions and SAP and non-SAP data extraction and modeling in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze and translate user needs into business and technical requirements, design, develop and ensure smooth implementation through collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP analytics solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP analytics solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with SAP functional experts to ensure quality and timely delivery of SAP analytics solutions with existing business processes.
• Continuously monitor SAP analytics platform and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise.
• Manage vendors and QA their deliverables in detail and ensure any defects and non-compliance in standards addressed promptly
• Work independently to ensure successful, on-time delivery of project/enhancement by anticipating dependencies and impediments, prioritizing multiple stakeholders and tasks, making trade-offs between business needs and constraints and managing work time efficiently

• Bachelor's (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 10 years of SAP analytics experience, including but not limited to SAP BW and SAC, in designing, developing, and implementing solutions.
• Bachelor's (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• Proven experience with SAP BW, SAC, ABAP and other BI tools
• Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Good knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, report design and data warehouse management.
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written presentation skills
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Working experience in S4 HANA is must
• Chinese speaking candidate will be advantageous
• Client facing experience with successful relationship management is a plus
• Airline or travel industry knowledge is highly beneficial
