Release Train Manager - PM
- Candidate should have good experience as a Release Train Manager in earlier engagements.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate key events like PI Planning, remove impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams, helping them improve their practices and performance.
- Responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring the successful delivery of program outcomes.
- Defining the program governance & roadmap.
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
- Coordinating the track leads and their interdependencies.
