Infosys is seeking a QAD Technical Architect withQAD Adaptive Implementation experience. The Technical Architect will be a key player in the implementation team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. As a Technical Architect you will create detailed technical design, and architecture, process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in the US and must be willing to travel to client location per project needs. The preferred location is Richardson, TX.
- Excellentverbal and writing communication skills in the English language.
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- 7 years of IT experience.
- 6 years of QAD Enterprise Edition Experience version 2016 to 2023 with at least two end-end implementation and rollout projects.
- 5-6 years of good hands-on experience in Progress 4GL is required.
- Experience in OABL progress is required.
- Experience in Web UI development with JavaScript / TypeScript is required.
- Experience in full stack development (both UI and Back End business logic)
- Browses, QRF, ICT and One functional Module basics idea is required.
- Must have good understanding of transaction scoping and record scoping.
- Must have good knowledge of Index.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix, RDBMS is mandatory.
- Must have experience on end-end data migration process and using QAD tools like Qxtend, Excelerator for Data migration activities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Qxtend, Excelerator, EDI knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in Food and Beverages industry domain based QAD ERP package solutions
- Experience in QAD Cloud
- Certified in QAD Easy on boarding (EOB) processes for implementation, rollout and upgrade engagements.
- Preferred with QAD Technical for AUX certified.
- Should have experience in working in projects with Agile/waterfall methodology and experience in handling sprint team in lead capacity.
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Intrusive and non-intrusive development of QAD EF is a plus.
- Exposure to ERP applications is desirable.
- Experience in creating and calling API is a plus.
- Migration experience is a plus.
- Master data loading is a plus.
