Expertise Required:
• Must have experience leading Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud projects
• Should have ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw reasonable conclusions, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Should have strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
• Should have excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Should have past experience as a project manager or other managerial position and have a good understanding of project management techniques and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
• Practical knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Visio, etc.) tool is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools is desired
• Should have worked in an Agile project and Scrum certification is a plus
• Should have experience in working with offshore teams in a global delivery model.
• Should have excellent leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibility includes:
• Engage relevant stakeholders in negotiations and drive decisions around legal or regulatory requirements, contractual standards, and cost targets.
• Meet deadlines for deliverables and continually communicate with business partners and internal customers regarding contractual issues.
• Collaborate with customers on project delivery, recommendations, planning and identification of resources.
• Planning, organization and monitoring of interrelated projects
• Coordinating activities across project
• Drafting of contract documents
• Develop and manage deadlines, budgets, and activities
• Applying and modifying risk/resource management
• Project scope solves higher level issues
• Coordinating product management activities with offshore teams
Qualification:
• Extensive experience with Information Technology and 5+ years in project management
• Good Functional knowledge and Application experience on Oracle EBS R12 in general
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Should be fluent in English language
