Infosys is seeking an Automation Testing (TOSCA) Lead/Manager . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. In the role of Lead Manager - Automation, you will act as an automation expert and single point of contact and establish the automation framework and validate the functionality of existing systems through automation test suite. You will conduct automation feasibility analysis, define test strategy and plan, design framework and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
- CSIS Level 1 or 2 security clearance is required for this position.

- At least 5+ years of experience in automation testing for Utility clients, preferably nuclear domain - this should include planning, strategizing, designing, execution, and reporting.
- At least 2+ years of experience on TOSCA tool - MANDATORY
- Good to have knowledge on Maximo application.
- Have good experience in DevOps and building CICD pipeline.
- At least 2 years of experience in automation test strategy and framework design
- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills - should possess the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Utilities domain.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Possess good analytical and team handling skills.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills- experience in client interfacing roles is a must.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
