Project Manager

Infosys is seeking a Project Manager who is proficient in Project and Program Management with experience in Order Management and Supply Chain , Agile frameworks including SAFe, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and utilizing metrics like Burn down charts and velocity metrics to monitor progress effectively. Strong analytical skills for business process improvement, experience in project planning and strategic organization, motivating teams and delegating tasks efficiently and technical proficiency with multiple Application Lifecycle Management Tools.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in Program evaluation, project management, business analysis, risk management, and data analytics
• Experience in Business process standards and developing technology program roadmaps to enable measurable organizational outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• End to end project and program management
• Have capability to handle multiple projects
• Possess good experience in creating project plans with different tools
• Drive delivery clearing the huddles. Be more of a program manager who drives projects and not just people leader.
• Possess good communication, presentation skills and be personable
• Showcase the program level initiatives in Status reporting
• Work experience in IT and not just Business.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior Cisco-exp and extensive experience handling heavily cross-functional projects.
• Manage Product Backlog and user story creation/allotment
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Stakeholder Communication and reporting
• Status reporting and strong presentation skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
