Infosys is seeking a passionate and experienced Product owner-Data Management. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Agile development team. Collaborate with Scrum Master, developers, QA, and other roles to ensure timely and high quality delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business goals
- Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and end users
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional requirements
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews to ensure sprint goals are met
- Make informed trade-off decisions between scope, time, cost, and quality
- Ensure delivered features and products meet user expectations and add business value
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback, performance metrics, and retrospectives
- Familiarity with the technology stack and the ability to understand technical constraints and opportunities, this includes Data Analysis, understanding of Data systems, Data warehousing, Data Transformation (ETL jobs), Data Visualization (Excel, PowerBI, etc.) and Data Governance, Data security and compliance.
