Infosys Consulting Workforce Transformation practice is seeking a Principal Consultant with expertise in Instructional Design, Training, Communications, Project Management, and Learning Technology to build outcome-drive, multimodal training programs for our clients.
As the owner of such programs, you will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support the design and implementation of learning programs and learning technologies that increase employee engagement, accelerate performance, and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Conducting learning needs analysis and engaging with client stakeholders to assess current learning programs, gaps, and future skills required to determine client learning needs.

• Designing end-to-end Learning & Development strategies for functional, soft, and highly technical skills (ex. IT, SAP, ServiceNow, Software Engineering, Oracle, etc.)
• Leading end-to-end learning technology assessments and implementations including but not limited to Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and AI tools (chatbots).
• Designing and delivering technology related training content per client specifications including instructor-led training, eLearning, and Knowledge Transfer.
• Constructing project deliverables including PowerPoint, video, and end-user print documentation such as job aids.
• Leading substantial workstreams successfully including management of teams of consultants and analysts. Identifies and tracks program metrics and status.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to add value and/or address client pain points.
• Leading/facilitating client workshops to collaborate with clients and educate them through process.
• Supporting the growth of our Workforce Transformation practice by contributing to collateral development and methodology.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 7 years plus experience in technology related Instructional Design, Training, Communications, training needs analysis, and technical skilling strategies
• Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations

• Must be a resident of one of our Hub locations (or live within a 2-hour distance to the Hub Location) - Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, NY City, Basking Ridge NJ, Atlanta, Bay Area, CA and Seattle, WA.
• Mastery of Learning and Development technologies and architecture including LMSs, LXPs, DAPs, and other learning technologies.
• Strong presentation skills with advanced expertise in PowerPoint to deliver impactful presentations.
• Strong executive presence. Expert written and verbal communications skills with experience delivering to senior audiences.
• Ability to effectively analyze data, interview and metrics and communicate results to management.
• Organized and able to work independently.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
• Use of all MS Office tools.
• Design and execution of virtual facilitation tools including but not limited to Slido, Zoom, Mural, Miro, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate degree preferred; Business Administration, Education, Organizational Behavior and Development, Communications, IT or other related fields.
• Experience developing and delivering training for SAP development teams (IT) and end users.
• Understanding of Generative AI applications in Learning & Development.
• Experience assessing and creating skills and competency models.
• Ability to build enduring relationships with client team members.
• Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail and isn't afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job done.
• Creative problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, and proactive energy.

For candidates based out of CA, WA, NY, IL, MN states, estimated annual compensation will be $123500 to $154500
