Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities
- Managing functional and technical customizations in different countries.
- Managing incidents and service requests within daily support.
- Working closely with business stakeholders reg. support tasks and also improve business processes.
- Providing techno-functional cover on new developments outside of the supporting model (small and large projects)
- Working closely with vendor and other 3rd Party internal and external teams for system bugs and any infrastructure related problems.
- Leading and training other team members.
- Overall 15+ years of Experience
- iScala Functional Knowledge on Finance and Logistics Processes
- iScala Technical Knowledge on Epicor Service Connect, Crystal, SQL Server
- Ability to communicate with different level of stakeholders.
- Project management experience
- Completed University Degree
- Fluent in English (written/verbal).
- Ability to communicate with different level of stakeholders.
- VBA experience
- Knowledge of other ERP Systems
- Additional language(s) are an advantage.
