Infosys is seeking a Practice Partner for its Digital CX & Contact Center practice.
The Practice Client Partner works together with their managers (Senior Practice Partner / Group Practice Partner) to expand the Contact Center practice. The Practice client partner is responsible for selling, refining offerings and client management. Usually, the Practice Client Partner handles a portfolio with a P&L of $30-$40MM

Role Description:
Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio of $30-$40mn own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
Practice Planning, Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 11+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
Experience in Contact Center industry and specifically traditional CC, CCaaS, CPaaS
Leading PS Sales leads of product companies
Leading consulting / sales leads of System Integrators(SIs)
Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
Experience in driving large deals, with proven track record of closing deals

Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
Global Delivery Model experience
Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
