We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer & Developer with a primary focus on Power Apps, Power BI, and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and dashboards that enhance our business processes and data insights. Locations for this position are Mexico (Mexico City, MTY & GDL) on hybrid mode as per current Mexico's Infosys policy with CST hours overlap .
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in Power Apps development .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design creative solutions to business challenges.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving excellence and fostering a collaborative environment.

Mandatory Skillsets:

• Deep understanding of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience in developing applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents to create custom business applications, workflow, automation.
• Experience designing and developing integrations between the PP and other systems, including third party applications and databases.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Good database knowledge.
• Knowledge of PP connectors and their use.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components.

Good to have Qualifications:

• Power Platform Developer Certified.

Typical duties for the position include:

• Serve as the subject matter expert and thought leader in Power Apps, Power BI, and the Power Platform, driving innovation and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies for leveraging Power Platform tools to meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Architect and design comprehensive solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools to address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Power Platform capabilities and solutions.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Power Platform technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
