Performance Test Lead

Infosys is seeking a Performance Test Lead.

As a Performance Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the non-functional requirements of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and execute tests to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualification:
Basic:

• Bachelor's degree with preferred study in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Birmingham, AL or be willing to relocate to the area.
• This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

Preferred:

• At least 4+ years of experience in Performance testing, monitoring and analysis using Dynatrace/AppDynamics with excellent reporting skills
• Provides leadership and mentorship for functional automation, test data, and performance engineering processes, tools, and best practices.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert (SME) on methods of integrating testing best practices into the application development lifecycle to successfully reduce friction, identify potential problems early, and improve cross-collaboration.
• Researches Artificial Intelligence (AI) including machine language (ML), robotics, and other advanced and emerging technologies to improve automation efficiency and analytics.
• Participates in PI and sprint planning.
• Guides, leads, and influences teams in developing technical understanding and skillset through knowledge sharing sessions.
• Collaborates with team leaders and architects to develop end-to-end QA strategies and protocols for various applications and platforms.
• Proficient in Performance Testing and QAE.
• Proficient in understanding of Testing Tools and Integrations.
• Tools : LoadRunner is mandatory with knowledge of Selenium or Tosca. AI/ML knowledge is plus

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
