OTC Specialist with Spanish and Portuguese - II shift

What you will need to fit for the position:
Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
Min. 2 years of OTC experience, preferably collection
Spanish, Portuguese and English languages on min. B2 level
Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
Excellent analytical skills
Strong customer orientation
Good communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage collection activities:
Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables
Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments

Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
Initiating written/verbal communication to collect money
Building relationship with external customers
Maintaining and reconciling AR accounts
Collaboration with clients, customers and other department
