Your Role: Oracle SCM Cloud-Solution Architect
Location: Hiroshima/Tokyo
役割・主な職務
本ポジションでは、主にOracle Fusion CloudのSCM Cloudモジュールのソリューションリード/アーキテクトとして活動します。また、クライアントとのソリューション協議の主導、プロセスワークショップの推進、SITやUATなどのテストサイクルの推進、技術開発、デプロイメント、SIT/UATの欠陥解決、本番インシデントサポートの管理と統制を担当します。本職務では、クライアントのビジネスSME、プロセスコンサルタント、他のモジュールのITチームと連携し、要件を理解・分析し、確実にタイムリーかつ高品質なタスクのデリバリーを実施します。
必須の資格
- 日本語および英語でのビジネスコミュニケーションスキル。5年以上のクライアント対面業務の経験（コンサルティング業務）
- 日本語でのビジネスレベルのライティングスキル
- Oracle ERPの15年以上の実務経験
- 2 つ以上のSCM Cloud プロジェクトをソリューションリードとしてエンドツーエンドで実施した（特に受注管理、在庫管理、調達、プランニング、製造のうち 2 つ以上の分野で）経験があることが望ましい
- クライアントのワークショップセッション、ソリューションのディスカッションを日本語で円滑に進める
- Order Management Cloud（受注管理）、Inventory Cloud（在庫管理）、Mfg Cloud（製造）、Planning Cloud（プランニング）、Procurement Cloud（調達）のうち2/3以上の分野でソリューションを推進する能力
- コンサルタントが提供するソリューションをレビューする能力
- コンフィギュレーション、ソリューションの詳細事項特定、機能仕様の作成・レビューの実務を円滑に進められること
- Oracle Cloud ウェブサービスの十分な知識
- Cloudでデータ変換プロセスをエンドツーエンドで実施する良いアイディアがあること
- 製造業/ハイテク業界での業界経験があることが望ましい
- 実装のベストプラクティス、過去のSCM Cloudプロジェクトの経験を活用し、適用する能力
