Oracle Risk Management Sr. Consultant
Infosys is seeking an Oracle Risk Management Sr. Consultant with Oracle Risk Management Cloud module exposure. The position will primarily be responsible for managing and implementing security and controls within Oracle's Risk Management Cloud applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices, and mitigating risks related to Oracle Cloud services and applications. The selected candidate should have expertise in ensuring deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications, plus proven experience developing technical requirements and specifications, including knowledge of software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modelling and testing of Oracle Risk Management Cloud and experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements. The Sr. Consultant will interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. They will be documenting and preparing the configuration activities. Candidate will be contributing to solution in different phases of the consulting lifecycle. Candidate will be intensely involved in business process consulting; candidates will define the problem, propose and create the solution. The candidate will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate may be located in Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Phoenix AZ, Indianapolis IN, Hartford CT or Virginia Beach, VA or be ready to relocate to one of these locations.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

- 4+ years of overall information technology experience.
- Designing security solutions, conducting audits, assessing risks, and providing training on secure usage of Oracle Cloud
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks associated with Oracle Cloud services and applications
- Designing and implementing security solutions for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including network security, identity and access management, data protection, and application security
- Conducting regular security audits and assessments of OCI environments
- Providing security awareness training to Oracle employees and customers on best practices for using Oracle Cloud securely.
- Developing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and standards for Oracle Cloud environments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Effective collaboration with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing and release teams
- Evaluates business models, processes, and operations to develop a good understanding of business needs and requirements.
- Analyses and evaluates business requirements and translates these into technical requirements and specifications, providing insights on system and technical components to incorporate into the technical design.
- Interacts with business stakeholders to gather, understand, document, and analyses business requirements.
- Analyses reports and assessments to provide insights on whether a solution/technology being implemented is meeting business requirements.
- Able to implement Oracle Risk Management Cloud (AAC and AFC modules)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Review Risk Control (ITGC/SOX) materials and supports in meetings and workshops with business stakeholders to understand and gather business / functional requirements, undertaking client assessments and building relationships with business stakeholder.
- Produce technical specifications to guide system architectural design and control development and conducts quality assurance tasks to ensure completeness of requirements, peer reviewing the work of more junior members of the team using Oracle Risk Management Cloud.
- Contribute to the design and review of test cases to ensure tests adequately meet the requirements and coordinates with infrastructure and operations teams to resolve system issues, contributing to moderately complex aspects of a project.
- Ability to contribute to business case development and complete RFP responses, exploring and experimenting with new and existing data to tackle defined business problems .
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
