Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Technical Sr. Consultant. The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & Client IT, gather technical requirements, design and develop the technical solutions. The candidate should have a minimum two years of experience in Oracle Cloud - Payroll Implementation and/or support projects. Should have good understanding of Oracle Cloud - Payroll tables, experience in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting and HDL.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Cincinnati , Ohio, be willing to relocate to the area or travel per the project needs.
- Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support
- Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US.
- Should have good understanding on Oracle Payroll cloud tables.
- Responsible for developing new payroll interfaces with third party systems, HCM Extracts, BI reports, and Fast Formulas.
- Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution.
- Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation
- Candidate should be proficient in all the Payroll and Time & Labor processes in USA
- 4 years of experience in managing Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects
- Responsible for working with payroll business, client IT, 3 rd party vendors, Co-ordinate with Onshore & offshore teams, track overall work progress, status update to stake holders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll, Absence and Benefits
- Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.
- Work with multiple teams, hold the fort and responsible for project delivery
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Experience in managing Project in Agile
- Experience is other HCM Cloud Modules like Core HR, Compensation, Absence,
For candidates based out of CA, WA, and NY states, estimated annual compensation will be $73,000 to $102,200.
