Oracle HCM Cloud Principal Consultant

Richardson, TX

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant/SME with Oracle HCM business process and HCM Cloud experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on Oracle HCM Cloud . The Consultant will interact with customer business process leads and business SME to understand and analyze existing business processes and future expectations and design the solution for deployment.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 11 years of Information Technology experience
  • Strong Oracle Functional expertise and industry experience services organizations
  • Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of HCM & Payroll processes and Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor and HR Help Desk modules.

  • Time and Labor and Absence Management setup.
  • End to end transactional flow of time and labor i.e. creation of time card to pay of time card.
  • Various processes involved in time and labor.
  • Detailed knowledge on Time and Absence integration. Must be aware of all cross functional transactional featured or requirements which product supports.
  • Must have worked on ADP integrations supporting retro adjustments handled for ADP integrations on Time and Absence.
  • running extracts , OIC knowledge.
  • Must have experience of working on payroll flow patterns.
  • Must be able to analyze requirement on OT rules and guide Fast Formula team in writing time calculation and time entry rules.
  • Must have detailed knowledge on cross functional impact of HR transaction on Time and Absence.
  • Experience in capturing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • 10 years of experience in implementation of Oracle applications
  • Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Absence, Time &Labor and HR Help Desk modules.
  • Required to have at least 4 or 5 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle HR modules.
  • Ability to configure the Oracle HCM Modules to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.
  • Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
  • Good Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and reports with 3party applications like ADP.
  • Solid understanding of Agile Implementation methodology and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
  • Identify functionality gaps and supporting the development of solutions for them.
  • Excellent communication skills adapt in business interaction and understanding business applications.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and integration with other modules like Project Portfolio Management, Finance.

    The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
