Oracle EBS Finance Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking a seasoned a Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Finance transformation, Oracle Finance modules, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subscription Billing, and Revenue Management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic finance transformation leader with a proven track record of bridging complex business requirements with robust Oracle EBS solutions. This role demands extensive experience driving large-scale finance transformation initiatives within the Business Validation Center of Excellence (BVCOE) model, overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis and solution design to data migration, system configuration, integration, user adoption, and post-go-live support. A strong understanding of regulatory, audit, and compliance alignment is essential.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Information Technology experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Candidates must be located within commuting distance of San Jose, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require occasional travel within the United States
  • Candidates should have strong expertise in Oracle Finance, Subscription Billing, and Revenue Management, and must be located within commuting distance of San Jose, CA, or be willing to relocate. This role may involve occasional travel within the United States to support project and client needs.
  • Proven experience in establishing and leading a Business Validation Center of Excellence (BVCOE), including defining validation frameworks, driving end-to-end test strategy, managing cross-functional validation teams, and ensuring business readiness and compliance for large-scale Oracle Finance and Revenue Management implementations.
  • Expert-level proficiency in setting up functional configurations across Oracle EBS modules, including approval workflows, role-based access controls, system controls, and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools to streamline financial operations and enhance process efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ability to lead functional discussions and drive issue resolution.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

For candidates based out of San Jose, CA estimated annual compensation will be $104,153 to $173,693.
