As Senior Technology Architect, you will be part of a team that is customer obsessed - you will work on features that respond to customer needs and make data-driven decisions. Develop software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes by designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining our software components and services
Skills & Experience Required
- Must have at-least 15+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Field Services).
- Dynamics 365 Techno functional with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations.
- Need to be well versed in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript, Portals and complex integrations using APIs.
- Experience in designing architecture of the solution.
- Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies.
- Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
- Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design and translate it to the technical team.
- Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
- Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals.
- They should have a good technical understanding and good understand of Project management principles.
- Work hand in hand with the Infosys, Microsoft and Client for any technical issues to track the technical progress of the project.
- Must have good knowledge on related Microsoft technologies that includes Power Automation, Power BI, Azure, etc.
