Manhattan WMS Architect

Infosys is seeking a Manhattan WMS Architect . As a Manhattan WMS Architect, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to Manhattan WMS. You will be responsible for the techno-functional solution of issues faced by the warehouse associate, Root cause analysis, delivering the results, taking ownership on high severity calls , Performing problem ticket analysis, driving the client calls, testing of warehouse management flows, providing functional consultation on the application, integration with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience

• Location for this position is Wilmer, TX. This position may require travel to project/client location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in value chain management (supply chain and warehouse chain) with emphasis on order fulfillment and wms management.
• Experience in supporting the Manhattan WMOS Platform version 2017 and 2019, Oracle PL/SQL, fundamentals of Unix and Java.
• Experience in troubleshooting the major issues, performing RCAs. Problem ticket management.
• Experience in building SQL queries and identifying areas for continuous improvements.
• Experience in log analysis of the application and delivering solutions.
• Experience in Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Strong knowledge of software product issues
• Experience in managing relationships with clients at the senior technical management level.
• Experience in managing internal team to ensure quality deliverable.

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
