Lead Mainframe Developer
Infosys is seeking a Lead Mainframe Developer.
In the role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ, or Sunrise, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, MQ, VSAM, FILEAID.
- Experience in mainframe production support.

- At least 4 to 8 years of experience in Mainframe technologies.
- Experience in CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, MQ, VSAM, FILEAID and mainframe infrastructure.
- Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for mainframe development.
- Should be able to read the code and create design specifications.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in leading team in agile delivery model.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience in financial Services domain.
- Knowledge on emerging technologies is a plus.
- Experience in coding, testing, debugging, implementing and documenting complex global applications.
- Good knowledge of any application servers like Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss, etc.
