Job position: Lead Developer - Delphi, PostgresSQL
Location: any city in Poland
Type of work: remote
Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Please note: for this role we can not consider candidates who require company support to legally live and work in Poland
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to Maintain and develop new features for those applications.
- Maintenance and 2nd and 3rd level support including bug fixing and troubleshooting.
- Implementing of monitoring and alerting system for those applications including oversight of such alert system and taking appropriate actions when necessary.
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum and Kanban teams
- Interpreting business requirements and translating them into working code according to an agreed "definition of done"
- Developing code as per the enhancement needs
- Ensuring code quality by respecting coding standards and taking a positive and proactive approach to refactoring and removal of technical debt
- Establishing and maintaining the current infrastructure, including automated deployment, logging and monitoring
- Writing of unit and integration tests
- Walking QA staff through new features and fixing identified bugs following alpha and user acceptance testing
- Documenting key aspects of the system
- Determining technical implementation and estimating new business requirement.

Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience Delphi
- Knowledge in PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in English
- Working experience in best practices (SOLID principles) in web development
- Working experience with the following tools: GitHub, JIRA
