Our first class AEM team is growing, and there is a ton of opportunity for individuals to be an integral part of it! We are looking for a Senior AEM Back-End Developer who can lead custom platform development for enterprise-level customers. This role will be responsible for taking projects through the entire life cycle. You will tackle problems and resolve complex issues, while working in a distributed environment. A successful team member will be proactive and be collaborative!

Role and Responsibilities
- Lead development for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle and understand the entire software development process from design to development to deployment to maintenance
- Actively participate in client meetings, professionally and expertly, tailoring communications to fit your audience
- Require minimal supervision, provide oversight for assigned projects, and get things done without being micromanaged
- Work fast with an attention to detail within a fast-paced work environment with hard deadlines
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Provide constructive feedback in code reviews and help others to become better developers
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
