Lead Consultant - Insurance - P&C
Infosys is seeking Lead Domain Consultant with good working experience in Policy & Claims Domain. As a Lead Consultant , you would Lead, collaborate with, and motivate a cross-functional team to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in alignment with product roadmap and funding parameters. You are Accountable for the product backlog and prioritization of user stories with team members. Partners with Scrum master's in supporting Scrum Framework and develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs. You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Candidates need to be in and around or willing to relocate to any of the locations Hartford, CT, Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Richardson, TX and Tempe, AZ.

- Insurance industry experience is a must, experience supporting insurance Carriers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, analysis and creating detailed business requirements documents.
- Experience in Agile projects.
- SQL skills (able to write queries, perform table joins).
- The Sr. Business Systems Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the digital product managers (DPM), business system owners, and users to capture the right business requests and accurately translating them to specifications that aid design, coding and testing of complex software and/or data warehouse applications within the organization.
- The incumbent performs a liaison function between the DPM, business users, software engineers and QA analysts for implementing software solutions in order to accurately realize business goals.
