Role: - Lead Analyst - Knowledge Services (Senior Change Manager - Financial Service)
Location: - Sydney
Status - 6 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Manager to join our high-performing team within the Institutional Securities Group (ISG). This role is pivotal in driving strategic change initiatives across complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced financial services environment.
As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will lead the design and execution of change strategies that support the successful delivery of ISG project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for ISG projects.
- Partner with project managers, business leads, and technology teams to embed change effectively.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments.
- Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Monitor and report on change adoption, benefits realization, and risk mitigation.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and change agility.
- 7+ years of experience in change management, with a strong background in financial services.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, ideally within ISG or capital markets.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Work on high-impact projects that shape the future of institutional finance.
