  • Manage Employee Life cycle processed as per approved guidelines:
    • Initiate Hire and creating employee profile in system
    • Process Job change transaction in system such as Reporting change, organisation change, confirmation, promotion, transfer
    • Issue transactional letters
    • Processes various electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, termination of employment, etc.
    • Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database and/or documents activities as requested.
  • Manage complex queries thru Case Management system for daily operation
  • Manage and maintain e-filing management system

  • Support seniors and team lead as and when required

  • Requirements:

    • Possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business studies/ Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • Preferably someone with 1-3 years related experience in shared service environment under HR function.
    • Demonstrates knowledge or experience in human resources and cases management system such as SAP/Workday.
    • Hand on experience in human resources software such as HRIS.
    • Demonstrate effective and stable interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties.
    • Detail-orientated and meticulous.
    • Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin would be an advantage.
