Position: Airline Operations / Flight Administration Specialist
Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Experience Required: 3-5 years

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in Airlines Operations, Flight Administration, or HR Operations
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English (Read, Write, Speak)
