Desktop Configuration and Management:
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Develop and implement desktop management strategies, including imaging, application deployment, and user profile management.
- Maintain inventory of desktop hardware and software, ensuring all devices meet corporate standards.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex desktop issues, providing Level 2 and Level 3 support as needed.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues on desktops and provide timely resolution to end-users.
- Document issues, solutions, and best practices, and provide training and guidance to Level 1 support staff.
