Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
• Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a positive culture and providing career development opportunities.
• Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of MongoDB architecture, configuration, and best practices.
• Database Design and Implementation:
Design and implement MongoDB-based database solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Performance Optimization:
Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of MongoDB clusters.
• Project Management:
Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth execution.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment and success.
• Compliance and Security:
Ensure that IAM and security policies comply with regulatory standards and customer needs.
• Monitoring and Maintenance:
Oversee the monitoring, operations, and maintenance of the systems developed by the team.
• Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance to team members.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of MongoDB, database design, and development principles.
• Leadership and Management:
Experience leading and managing a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, and mentoring.
• Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and to identify and implement solutions.
• Industry knowledge:
Understanding of cloud computing, DevOps practices, and data security is also helpful.
