In the role of Data Scientist, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the AI/GenAI/Agentic AI product development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play the key role in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling for large enterprises. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

• Lead data collection, preparation, and governance efforts.
• Design and implement machine learning models and statistical analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into scalable applications.
• Contribute to the full AI product lifecycle-from requirements to deployment.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

• Bachelor's or master's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology and minimum 10 yrs. experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.

• 10+ years' experience Data Scientist with strong expertise in Data Collection and Preparation , Data Strategy and Data Engineering and Data Governance.
• Strong hands on experience in Python, Javascript and related frameworks of backend technologies including APIs and Events.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Development experience on React and/or Node JS.
• Experience with Azure Open AI, Agentic Frameworks.
• Experience in data security and privacy, including compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Knowledge on Microservices Architecture, Azure-based Infrastructure, modular architecture

• Proficient in English communication
• Experience in GenAI product development and deployment life cycle in Agile.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in Retail /CPG Domain
