Infosys Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Lead Governance. Reporting Focus to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the financial services domain and strong analytical skills to ensure the quality, traceability, integrity, and privacy of critical data, with a specific focus on adhering to data governance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and supporting regulatory reporting requirements. You will be instrumental in identifying data risks, establishing data quality frameworks, implementing data lineage solutions, ensuring data privacy compliance, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. You will be part of a collaborative and growth-oriented culture at Infosys, where your contributions will have a direct impact on our clients' success in a highly regulated environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Hartford, CT, OR Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the areas.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Experience on Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalog, Data Quality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in any DG tool like Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.
  • Experience with any Data Governance tools - Collibra, Informatica EDC/AXON/IDQ, Alation
  • Good understanding of data integration, data quality and data architecture
  • Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling and Modeling of Unstructured Data
  • knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting
  • Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks
  • Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face
