Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the Contract Analyst profile.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's in law (preferred) or equivalent Degree with SnP background
• Experience: 4 to 7 years
• Desired experience in Contract Drafting, negotiations, Redlining, Vendor contract, procurement contract related quality checks/analysis
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial terms and interpreting contractual language.
• Work with Legal to discuss and approve fall-back provisions and/or exceptions to standard terms
• Experience in handling teams and preparing project related reports
• Exposure to client-facing responsibilities, issue escalation and process compliance
• Able to deliver quality work under pressure and elevated volumes
• Exposure to desired tools/legal databases
• Excellent legal analytical and review skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English language
• Adept in using MS Office, desired tools/legal databases
Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Standard Template Based - Drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts between client and its 3rd party vendors meeting the Performance Standards
• Draft low to mid complexity agreements of various types (e.g., Statements of Work, Master Professional Services Agreements, SOW Amendments, Donation Letters, Event Sponsorships, Art Services Agreements
• Revise agreements within predetermined limits, using standard fall-back provisions
• Coordinating with client stakeholders to get the missing contract details
• Ensuring clear on time status updates to the stakeholders
Desirable
• Experience and exposure to contracts;
• Have worked in IT procurement.
