Change Readiness Specialist - Change and Release Management

Responsibilities:

• The Production Readiness Specialist is responsible for ensuring all aspects of the production environment are properly prepared for new releases and changes.
• Responsible for collaboration with various teams to ensure production systems remain stable, reliable, and capable of supporting business needs.
• The specialist will assess readiness, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.

Skills Required:

• 6+ years of experience in change release management
• Experience in Scrum master skills
• Experience in SDLC process

MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• English 90%
• Open to work on a Hybrid model from a secure location at Infosys Monterrey office, as a first choice.
• If the candidate is not located in Monterrey, we could get an exception to work 100% remotely.
• Good Communication Skills
