大規模IT変革およびビジネス変革プログラムのビジネスアナリスト。顧客や弊社内の専門家とコンサルティングを行い、デジタルトランスフォーメーションやその他の業務・システム改善を提案する。ビジネス/機能要件定義と分析、確認、テストを中心に、ビジネスとITプロジェクトをエンドツーエンドでサポートする。

主な職務内容
- 要件収集、要件分析
- ビジネスプロセス・モデリング
- ビジネス・プロセス・リエンジニアリング
- 仕様書作成、ソリューション文書レビュー、テスト計画など、本稼働まで
- 機能要件だけでなく、非機能要件も担当する可能性がある
- 画面レイアウトや、顧客体験設計のフィット感やギャップを確認することもある
- 大容量のB2C/B2B eコマースシステムに関する豊富な経験
- 認定教育機関での学士号取得者、またはそれに相当する外国資格取得者。また、学歴1年の代わりに3年間の専門分野での実務経験を考慮する。
- 情報技術における少なくとも10年の経験。
- 日本国籍の方、日本での就労が許可されている方の応募を奨励。現時点では弊社はスポンサーになることはできません。
- 何らかの領域における少なくとも4年以上のビジネス分析経験
- 日本語および英語の十分な理解
- デジタルサービスと顧客体験への深い理解
- システムソリューションにおいてチームを率い、指導する能力
- ビジネスステークホルダーとの対話に積極的に参加し、すべての SDLC ライフサイクルに参加すること
- チームメンバーの仕事をレビューし、複雑な問題を解決するための指導ができること
- ステークホルダー・マネジメント
- 要件抽出と管理（エピックとユーザーストーリー/ストーリーマッピング/BDD）のチームを率いる能力
- eコマース、マーケティング、双方向性、オペレーションにわたる最新の法人向けデジタルテクノロジーの経験
- チームや部門を超えたファシリテーション、コラボレーション、状況認識、影響力の専門知識
- デジタルサービスにおける顧客体験の意識を高め、顧客との関係を促進する
- 高い（ネイティブに近い）日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語力
長時間のパソコン作業や座位での業務があります。電話、メール、対面でのコミュニケーションが可能な方。業務内容により出張が発生する可能性があります。
