Infosys is seeking Business Analyst with working experience in Wealth Management/Migration, Private Wealth, Wealth Products, HNI Products areas of banking domain. As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Raleigh, NC. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Hands on experience with Wealth Management Process life cycles and various product like Brokerage, Trust and investment-related services, taxation services, portfolio management analysis etc.
Preferred Experience:
  • Atleast 4-6 years of experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner.
  • Functional Knowledge of Portfolio management and administration
  • Strong Business Analyst with ability to communicate at leadership level
  • Should be able to talk confidently about Financial products like Brokerage , Advisory ; Asset classes like Equity , Mutual funds , Fixed Income and Annuity
  • Experience in Working on Merger and Acquisition Conversion project is good to have
  • Can easily fit into Business Analyst role to deliver the product, must have worked on building / integrating products on various Fintech platforms
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills at executive level; work closely with product team to define the strategy for release and implementation plan.
  • Candidate with proven Agile capabilities
  • Experience to evaluate relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions
  • Write user stories & groom the scrum team's backlog, in partnership with the team
  • At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
  • Good understanding of Payments interface system and integrations
  • Lead PI planning, Scrum ceremonies and backlog glomming meetings
  • Define MVP and backlog prioritization using WSJF technique
  • Analytical and Communication skills
  • Planning, Co-ordination skills and experience in product development
  • Experience with Scrum and Product management
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
