Banking Business Analyst

Infosys is seeking a Banking Business Analyst for Banking practice group. This position's primary responsibility will be to help enterprises achieve greater business connect, faster user acceptance, and shorter turnaround times & act as a key contributor in the team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. The chosen candidate will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Washington DC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Core banking, deposit products, core deposits PO / PM, term dep, checking a/c, commercial a/c.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills - Requirement analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies and experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• Core banking, deposit products, core deposits PO / PM, term dep, checking a/c, commercial a/c.
• At least 6 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Ability to document technical requirements, integrate new systems. Extensive experience in SQL, API, Testing, etc.
• At least 6 years of experience in SDLC, Business Analysis and Agile methodology
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Data analysis skills and awareness of Data ware housing concepts
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The estimated compensation for this role will be $66585 to $117543.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
