Location: Sibiu
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinates with the KM team;
- Design, Development, Deployment and Support Activities of KM Solutions in line with with KM solutions architecture requirements;
- Support data management, identification and feedback analysis;
- Facilitate people networks with the objective of ensuring efficient development and deployment of operations KM solutions;
- Receives KM solution deployment plan and elaborates/refines deployment tasks;
- Receives identified focus areas from KM member-implements surveys and consultations with KM team;
- Follows IPR guidelines and processes;
- Receives inputs from KM team and validates the same alignment with the KM Group;
- Receives mandate to support the KM team to update and maintain KM courses material.

- speak and write in German and English fluently;
