This position is based out of Richardson, TX/Raleigh, NC/Tempe, AZ/Hartford, CT. This position may require re-location and or travel to project location.
Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront implementation and administration.
- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront implementation and administration.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, reporting tools, and task management strategies.
- Experience integrating Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud or other enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Ability to analyze project data and provide insights for operational efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Experience with API integrations, scripting, and automation within Workfront.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and resource optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with enterprise project management tools like Jira, Trello, or ServiceNow.
- Implement, configure, and manage Adobe Workfront solutions for project management.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource planning, task allocation, and process efficiency.
- Train and support teams in leveraging Workfront capabilities for improved collaboration.
- Ensure seamless integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools and third-party applications.
- Monitor and refine performance metrics, user adoption, and system enhancements.
- Maintain data integrity, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Stay updated with Adobe Workfront enhancements and industry best practices.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
